How It Works

Step 1

Place Order & Send Art

Count up your pieces of art, and place an order.

You are able to send your art to the address we provide at your convenience. We offer an alternative “Send Me A Box Service” with packing materials and a pre-paid DPD label.

A short customisation form will be sent to you by email.

Step 2

We Create Your Book

Once we receive your box, we will digitally capture your artwork to create a beautiful book using the preferences in your customisation form.

We will send you a proof for your approval before your book is printed. You are welcome to request amendments to the design.

Step 3

Receive Your Book

Once your final design has been printed and quality-checked by us, it will be sent to you with your original artwork and any additional items at no extra cost.

You can enjoy the keepsake of your precious memories forever.

Do you return my original artwork and items to me?

Yes. We will return your artwork and any additional items provided to us with your book at no extra cost.

How do I send my artwork and items to you?

There are two available options at checkout. You are able to send your artwork to us directly, we recommend that you package your artwork securely and use a recorded delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, DPD or Evri. If you opt for our “Send Me A Box Service”, you will receive an A3 box, packing materials and a pre-paid DPD return label.

How long does it take to receive my book?

The process takes around 6 weeks. After receiving your artwork, we aim to create your digital proof within 2 weeks. We aim to make any amendments proposed by you within 1 week. Once you approve your final proof, we send your book to print. The book is sent to you with your cards after our internal quality-check is complete, which is typically within 3 weeks.

What size is the art book?

Our books are all hard back, and you can pick between 21cm Square, A4 portrait or A4 landscape.

Can I customise my book?

Yes. Once we receive your order, we will send you a customisation questionnaire to receive your preferences. You are able to customise the covers, spine, front page and last page with photographs or text.

I have artwork which are 3D can I included these?

Yes, absolutely. We use photography to capture these, then edit the image so it appears as it does when you look at it.

Can you capture other keepsakes within my art book?

We can include other items such as photos, stationery, letters, notes, or other meaningful mementos in your book. Each of these items should be counted as 1 piece of artwork when placing your order. If you are unsure on the item, please contact us.

Can I have my artwork in a specific order in my book?

Yes, you can choose the order of your artwork. The easiest way is to number the back of each piece of artwork and we will make sure that they are captured in that order.

Can I see my book before it is printed?

Yes, we will provide you with a digital proof of your book before it goes to print. This gives you the chance to review and approve the layout and cover, ensuring everything meets your expectations.

Do I need to pay for any shipping costs?

The only shipping costs for you to pay are if you choose the option to send us your artwork/items. We recommend that you package your cards securely and use a recorded delivery service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, DPD and Evri if you choose this option.

Can I order an additional copies of my book?

Yes, you can add extra copies of your art book to your order during the checkout stage at a set price of £40 if it is ordered in the same transaction.
