After placing your order, we’ll send you an address to ship your cards to, along with a customisation questionnaire.

2 - Create Your Book

Once we receive your cards, we digitally capture each one and curate them into a beautifully designed layout for your book.

3 - Review & Approve

We will send you a proof for approval, and once approved, your book will be printed & sent to you with your original cards.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you return my original items to me?

Yes. We will return your items provided to us at no extra cost, once you have approved your proof.

How do I send my items to you?

There are two available options at checkout. You are able to send your cards to us directly, we recommend that you package your items securely and use a recorded delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, DPD or Evri. If you opt for our “Send Me A Box Service”, you will receive an A3 box, packing materials and a pre-paid DPD return label.

How long does it take to receive my PDF?

The process takes around 3 weeks. After receiving your cards, we aim to create your digital proof within 2 weeks. We aim to make any amendments proposed by you within 1 week. Once you approve your final proof we return your items to you.

What size is the PDF layout?

We design your digital keepsake to a 21cm x 21cm PDF double page spread. You can see what this looks like on our sample book page.

Do you include all sides of the card?

Yes. We capture the front and inside of the card, which remains within the price of 1 card.

I have 3D items can I included these?

Yes, absolutely. We use photography to capture these, then edit the image so it appears as it would.

What items can I include in my digital keepsake?

Anything! Cards, artwork, photos, stationery, letters, notes, sculpture or other meaningful mementos in your book. Each of these items should be counted as 1 card when making your order. If you are unsure on the item, please contact us.

Can I have my cards in a specific order in my book?

Yes, you can choose the order of your cards. The easiest way is to number the back of each card and we will make sure that they are captured in that order.

Can I see my book before it is printed?

Yes, we will provide you with a digital proof of your book before it goes to print. This gives you the chance to review and approve the layout and cover, ensuring everything meets your expectations.

Do I need to pay for any shipping costs?

The only shipping costs for you to pay are if you choose the option to send us your cards. We recommend that you package your cards securely and use a recorded delivery service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, DPD and Evri if you choose this option.
