Do you return my original cards to me?
Yes. We will return your cards and any additional items provided to us with your book at no extra cost.
How do I send my cards to you?
There are two available options at checkout. You are able to send your cards to us directly, we recommend that you package your cards securely and use a recorded delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, DPD or Evri. If you opt for our “Send Me A Box Service”, you will receive an A4 box, packing materials and a pre-paid DPD return label.
How long does it take to receive my book?
The process takes around 6 weeks. After receiving your cards, we aim to create your digital proof within 2 weeks. We aim to make any amendments proposed by you within 1 week. Once you approve your final proof, we send your book to print. The book is sent to you with your cards after our internal quality-check is complete, which is typically within 3 weeks.
Do you offer discounts if I order two books?
Yes! We offer a £10 discount on a second book and £20 discount on a third book, if all books are ordered in the same transaction. The discounts are automatically applied at the checkout.
What size is the card book?
Our books are hard back and available in 21cm x 21cm square, A4 or A5.
Can I customise my book?
Yes. Once we receive your order, we will send you a customisation questionnaire to receive your preferences. You are able to customise the covers, spine, front page and last page with photographs or text.
Do you include all sides of the card?
Yes. We capture the front and inside of the card, which remains within the price of 1 card.
I have pop up cards can I included these?
Yes, absolutely. We use photography to capture these, then edit the image so it appears as it would do open.
Can you capture other keepsakes within my card book?
We can include other items such as photos, stationery, letters, vows, notes, or other meaningful mementos in your book. Each of these items should be counted as 1 card when making your order. If you are unsure on the item, please contact us.
Can I have my cards in a specific order in my book?
Yes, you can choose the order of your cards. The easiest way is to number the back of each card and we will make sure that they are captured in that order.
Can I see my book before it is printed?
Yes, we will provide you with a digital proof of your book before it goes to print. This gives you the chance to review and approve the layout and cover, ensuring everything meets your expectations.
Do I need to pay for any shipping costs?
The only shipping costs for you to pay are if you choose the option to send us your cards. We recommend that you package your cards securely and use a recorded delivery service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, DPD and Evri if you choose this option.
Can I order an additional copies of my book?
Yes, you can add extra copies of your card book to your order during the checkout stage at a set price of £40 if it is ordered in the same transaction.
