If you are short on time or find the process of creating a photo book overwhelming, we offer a concierge service where we do the hard work for you, so you can simply enjoy the finished result. Once you share your photos with us via Google Drive or an online album, we will select them and arrange them chronologically to tell the story of your occasion.
Each Silk Giraffe photo book is professionally designed with a bespoke layout tailored to your story. You can choose from four sizes — 21cm Square, A4, A5, or 30cm Square — and personalise your cover with your own photo, text, and colours. Our premium hardback books are available in a matt or gloss finish and are printed at 300dpi on high-quality 170gsm paper for a beautiful, lasting result. We also keep all books unbranded, meaning we never place our logo on your book.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I send my photos to you?
You can do this in two ways, and you can let us know which option you prefer in your customisation form.
Option 1 – We will send you a Google Drive folder link where you can upload your photos. If you would like your photos to appear in a specific order, please number the file names.
Option 2 – If your photos are already in an online album, you can share the link with us and we can download them from there. If you already know which photos you would like included, please send us a list of the file names. Alternatively, we are happy to select photos from the folder for you.
How long does it take to receive my book?
The process takes around 5 weeks. After receiving your photos, we aim to create your digital proof within 1 week. We aim to make any amendments you request within 1 week. Once you approve your final proof, we send your book to print. Printing takes 3 weeks, and once we receive your book back from the printers, we send it out to you.
Can you select the photos for me?
Yes, absolutely! Our Photo Book Concierge Service takes the stress and time out of creating your photo book. Once you share your photos with us via Google Drive or an online album, we will select them and arrange them chronologically to tell the story of your occasion. You will then receive a digital proof to review and approve before anything goes to print.
Do you offer discounts if I order two books?
Yes! We offer a £10 discount on second book and £20 discount on a third book, if all books are ordered in the same transaction. This could be a Card Book, Art Book, or a Photo Book for another occasion. The discounts are automatically applied at the checkout.
What size is the photo book?
Our books are hard back and available in 21cm x 21cm square, A4 Portrait, A4 Landscape A5, or 30cm Square
Can I customise my book?
Yes. Once we receive your order, we will send you a customisation questionnaire to receive your preferences. You are able to customise the covers, spine, front page and last page with photographs or text.
Can I have my photos in a specific order in my book?
Yes, you can choose the order of your photos. The easiest way is to number the files by renaming them before uploading them to your Google Drive folder. Alternatively, you can let us know the current file names, and we will follow that order when creating your book.
Can I see my book before it is printed?
Yes, we will provide you with a digital proof of your book before it goes to print. This gives you the chance to review and approve the layout and cover, ensuring everything meets your expectations.
Do I need to pay for any shipping costs?
All shipping costs are included in the price.
Can I order an additional copies of my book?
Yes, you can add extra copies of your book to your order during the basket stage at a set price of £40 if it is ordered in the same transaction.
